Glascurtain Website

Challenge
GlasCurtain is a Canadian manufacturer of Fibreglass-Framed Curtain Wall Systems (outer glass building coverings) for mid-rise buildings that improve occupant comfort and reduce operational costs and carbon. They needed a new website to elevate their brand experience, and drive brand awareness. The site had to be designed for three different user types: Architects, Specifiers, and Installers. The main purpose of these users is to gain an understanding and confidence in Glascurtain products.

Solution
Using a revised product brand as a starting point, I designed the UI to show off their high quality project photography. An elevated, structered style with sharp angles and corners was inspired by the architecture of the buildings their products are used in. Illustrations give a technical and precise tone to the website. In addition, angled gradients on the sides of the page are inspired by light cascading through windows. After a user gains confidence in the products and brand of Glascurtain, they are easily driven to the CTA to discuss building specs, budget, and overall goals with Glascurtain.
